3. Reverse Engineering

Reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to, using debuggers, disassemblers, decompilers, binary analysis tools, memory analysis, unpacking techniques, or similar methods to inspect or reconstruct protected functionality.

You may not attempt to recreate substantially similar proprietary functionality based on analysis of the Product.

4. Security & Protection Systems

The Product may contain technical protections designed to prevent unauthorized use, copying, modification, or redistribution.

Attempting to defeat, bypass, disable, interfere with, or circumvent these protections is prohibited.

This includes attempts to manipulate authentication, licensing, integrity checks, activation systems, or other security mechanisms.

5. Account & License Sharing

Licenses and accounts are intended solely for the purchaser unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Sharing credentials, activation keys, license tokens, or account access may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and license information.

You may not upload or distribute the Product through:

  • File-sharing services
  • Public repositories

All intellectual property rights relating to the Product remain with the Product's owner or applicable licensors.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property to you.

You may not claim the Product, its source code, assets, branding, documentation, or technology as your own.

9. Updates & Availability

The Product may receive updates, modifications, bug fixes, or changes at the discretion of the developer.

Features may be added, changed, removed, or discontinued without prior notice.

The developer does not guarantee that the Product will remain compatible with every operating system, software version, hardware configuration, or third-party service indefinitely.

10. Third-Party Services

The Product may interact with third-party software, platforms, APIs, or services.

The developer is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, bans, API changes, or discontinuation of third-party services that affect Product functionality.

11. Termination

Your license may be suspended or permanently terminated if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Product and delete copies that you are no longer authorized to possess.

Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

12. Abuse & Unauthorized Access

Any attempt to compromise the Product, its infrastructure, or related services is prohibited.

This includes unauthorized access attempts, credential attacks, exploitation of vulnerabilities, abuse of APIs, interference with authentication systems, and attempts to obtain information or functionality that you are not authorized to access.

Security vulnerabilities should instead be responsibly reported to the developer.

This limitation does not apply where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

15. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated or modified from time to time.

Continued use of the Product after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Severability
